Payments for RunwayDigest are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Any refund requests are reviewed and processed in line with Paddle’s refund policy and applicable law.

2. Refund requests

If you would like to request a refund, please contact us using our support form and include the email used at checkout and relevant transaction details. We will work with Paddle to assist with the request.

3. Billing issues and cancellations

If you believe there is a billing issue (for example, an unexpected charge), please contact us promptly via the support form. You can also cancel future renewals using the cancellation link provided in your Paddle receipt or customer portal.
