2. Information we collect
- Contact info: email address (to send the Report and receipts/notifications).
- Business inputs: financial and operational inputs you submit (e.g., cash on hand, MRR, costs, growth rate).
- Support requests: information you submit via our support form.
- Technical data (limited): basic logs needed for security and site operation (e.g., IP address in server logs).
3. How we use information
- To generate and deliver your Report.
- To provide customer support and respond to requests.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Payments
Payments for the paid plan are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect additional information necessary to process payments and comply with tax and regulatory requirements. We do not store your full payment card information.
5. Legal bases (for EEA/UK users)
- Contract: to provide the service and deliver the Report.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
- Legal obligation: compliance with accounting/tax/regulatory requirements.
6. Data sharing (processors)
We may share data with service providers that help us operate the service, such as:
- Form provider: Tally (inputs + support form submissions)
- Payment provider / Merchant of Record: Paddle
- Email delivery: Gmail / email infrastructure providers
- Automation / integration: Make (workflow orchestration)
- AI processing: AI model providers used to generate Reports (based on your submitted inputs)
- Cloud/storage: as needed to run the service
We only share what is necessary to provide the service. Providers process data under their own terms/policies where applicable.
7. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than where you live (for example, where our service providers operate). We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and safeguard data.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Support submissions may be retained for operational and audit reasons.
